We do the work from the silence of our own home.
While our friends watch Desperate Housewives or binge drink on the weekends.
Healing can feel lonely sometimes. Like we’re the only ones doing the work.
But it doesn’t have to be this way.

Hi, I’m Sheleana Aiyana
I’m the Founder of Rising Woman, a community of over 1.9 million seeking to expand their self-awareness, heal their relationship wounds and reclaim their true nature.
For years, I felt alone. Isolated. And lost.
I had a very tumultuous upbringing. I was in and out of foster care and developed a deep abandonment wound through a painful relationship with my mother. I never met my dad.
I spent the first 26 years of my life hardened by my past, unable to be truly vulnerable or experience depth in my relationships.
It wasn’t until I met my teachers who helped me go deep into the fire of my wounds and truly heal.
